The AHS Foundation has been formed by Maureen and Nadeem Shah as a charity to help many other worthy causes and in particular the victims of the October 2005 earthquake in Pakistan. The fund raising and relief work are ongoing. Regular updates are available by visiting www.ahsfoundation.com where donations can also be made.   The Directors of Swan Homes have been closely involved with fund-raising for a number of local causes, in particular the Doncaster-based Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice. Currently Swan, along with its sister company TLB Properties, support two local charities with a major fund-raising event hosted annually to raise many thousands of pounds. This year’s chosen causes are: South Yorkshire Community Foundation  – who are helping transform the lives of many thousands of people across the region by awarding grants to community groups, who in turn are making real differences within their own communities. South Yorkshire People United Against Crime – who are helping in the regeneration of South Yorkshire by working with local residents, businesses, vulnerable and minority groups to help solve the problems created by crime and anti-social behaviour.
