Working for a firm that creates plans for some of
the UK’s largest house builders, architect Darren
Goodwin (24) has an eye for a well-designed and built
home. And, as first time buyers, he and his partner
Angelina Hibbard (22) have turned to specialist local
builder Swan Homes for their new address in Arksey,
Doncaster.
So
keen were the couple to secure the three bedroom luxury
home of choice for them and their one-year-old Aidan,
they were first to sign up for the development of
only 20 dwellings and moved on-site to splendid isolation
and to a very pleasant surprise.
Asked
by Swan Homes what would mark the first occupancy
and make their dream home complete, Darren and Angelina
plumped for a roomy garden shed from Garden Factors,
of Doncaster and were granted their wish by the home-builder.
